I founded The Marketing Capability Academy to professionalize the marketing function and offer concrete solutions to marketing challenges. I bring state-of-the-art marketing capabilities and hands-on support to your organisation.
I do so in partnership with a selected group of marketing specialists based in The Netherlands, UK, Germany and Italy, each with a strong track record in line management and in building capabilities at global level.
In my last position as Senior Director Global Marketing Capabilities at HEINEKEN, I have set up the Global Commerce University. At the GCU I have developed, deployed and embedded, together with my team, a complete Marketing Capability program, which ran over 4,000 times, and resulted in an average participants’ satisfaction rate of >98%. This work has contributed to HEINEKEN achieving the Creative Marketer of the Year Award at the Cannes Lions Festival in 2015.
